Swimming Pool and Recreational Facilities Use of facilities is at the guest's own risk. Appropriate swimwear and attire must be worn where applicable. Guests must comply with all posted safety instructions.
Pets Pets are not permitted unless prior approval has been granted by management. Approved pets must be controlled and supervised at all times.
Housekeeping Housekeeping services will be provided according to the resort schedule. Guests should allow reasonable access for cleaning and maintenance. Linen and towels provided by the resort are for in-room use only.
Environmental Conservation Guests are encouraged to conserve water and electricity. Littering is prohibited. Guests should respect wildlife, vegetation, and the natural environment surrounding the resort.

Resort Accommodation Cancellation Policy
1. Reservation Confirmation
All reservations are considered confirmed only after receipt of the required deposit or full payment and issuance of a booking confirmation.
2. Guest-Initiated Cancellations
More than 30 Days Before Arrival

Cancellation is free of charge.

Any deposit paid will be refunded, less applicable bank transaction charges.
15–30 Days Before Arrival

A cancellation fee equivalent to 25% of the total booking value will apply.

The balance, if any, will be refunded.
7–14 Days Before Arrival

A cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the total booking value will apply.
Less than 7 Days Before Arrival

A cancellation fee equivalent to 100% of the deposit paid or 75% of the total booking value, whichever is higher, will apply.
Within 48 Hours of Arrival

No refund will be issued.

The full booking value will be charged.
3. No-Show Policy

Guests who fail to arrive on the scheduled date without prior notice will be considered a "No-Show."

4. Early Departure

Guests who choose to check out earlier than the confirmed departure date may be charged for the entire reserved stay.

5. Date Changes and Rescheduling

Requests to change booking dates must be made in writing.

Changes are subject to room availability and prevailing rates.

One complimentary date change may be permitted if requested at least 14 days before arrival.

6. Group Bookings and Events

For group bookings, conferences, weddings, and special events, separate cancellation terms may apply as outlined in the signed agreement.

7. Resort-Initiated Cancellation
If the resort is unable to provide the booked accommodation due to unforeseen circumstances:

Guests will receive a full refund of all payments made; or

Guests may choose to reschedule their stay to a future date, subject to availability.
8. Force Majeure
The resort shall not be liable for cancellations caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:

Natural disasters

Government restrictions

Civil unrest

Pandemics or public health emergencies
In such cases, management may offer a credit voucher or alternative dates at its discretion.
9. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 14–30 working days.

Refunds will be made through the original payment method whenever possible.

Bank charges, transaction fees, and currency conversion costs may be deducted where applicable.
Peak Season Policy
For bookings during public holidays, festive seasons, Easter, Christmas, New Year, and other peak periods:
